1. Will the item I purchase look exactly like the picture on the web?Each hand-crafted SnodCraft product receives detailed workmanship in the wood shop and on the paint table! There will, however, be slight variances from the picture shown because each piece is hand-painted and also because every computer screen displays color differently. We feel confident that once you receive your purchase it will look even better than the picture you see on the web! SnodCraft guarantees each painted item - if you are not satified, neither are we!
2. How long will delivery take?The average delivery schedule is 10 business days for items not in stock. 3 business days on items in stock. For delivery availability on any product of interest - Contact us! See FAQ #19 for our shipping rates.
3. Do you ship outside the United States?Global deliveries are available for an additional fee. We find that the US Postal Service is the most economical and most deliveries can be made within 4-10 days after shipping. Contact us at customerservice@snodcraft.com. We will reply with the estimated shipping costs and how to process your global payment options. If for any reason your order is cancelled before shipment, shipping charges are non-refundable.
4. Are custom orders accepted?SnodCraft is open to ideas and questions concerning custom orders. Use our "contact us" link - we will answer all your questions promptly.
5. I like something I saw, but want it in a different color scheme. Can you do that? Will it cost more?Of course we can. Just contact us with the colors you are looking for and we will take it from there. Paint is paint, and there is usually no additional charge for color changes.
6. Can I order without using PayPal?For anyone not wishing to use Pay Pal or a credit card, our mail-in order form is available. Sorry no C.O.D. orders with mail-in. Complete the form (obtain mail-in form through link provided with each listed item), include your personal check or money order for the full amount, and mail to the address on the form. Your order will be processed and shipped as soon as your personal check clears. If you provide your email address on the form, we will send you a confirmation of receipt and of shipment. Shipping within the U.S. only available with order form. Contact us at 1-509-474-1039 if you would prefer to phone in your order directly to SnodCraft.
7. Can I order one of your items in BULK, say 100 at a time?Sorry, no! We hand cut and hand paint each piece one at a time with meticulous detail. There is no "Mass Production" at SnodCraft!
8. How can I contact you for more details?Click on the "Contact Us" link for any questions or comments. We always enjoy hearing from you.
9. Do you sell patterns or books for designs on the site?Sorry, no! We do not sell patterns or books for any of the designs on the site. SnodCraft sells only the hand painted, detailed finished product. Designs displayed on this site may not be copied, printed from the site, reproduced, or used in any form! For any design of interest on our site, contact us or purchase the pattern packet or book through our Artist's Club link or from your local craft store.
10. Is my name and address ever sold to others?We value you as our customer! All information provided by you will not be shared with other organizations for commercial purposes!
11. What kind of guarantee do I have on your products?We stand behind the products we sell - unconditionally! Your satisfaction is guaranteed. If for any reason you are not satisfied simply return the item within 10 days for a prompt and courteous credit, replacement or refund. Shipping fees are non-refundable.
12. Do you sell wholesale?Our site is set up for retail orders only. If you have a re-sale license & wholesale questions, please use the site as a catalog, write down the item number of the piece(s), then contact us with your questions. We do not mass produce, so keep that in mind when making any wholesale requests.
13. I want to pay with my credit card, but my order amount is different than the listed price. How can I do that?If you have contacted us with a custom or special purchase request, have placed an order directly to us, and prefer to use your credit card for payment - we recommend the following method for payment. Enter www.paypal.com on the web or click on the Pay Pal link on our Home page. Once on Pay Pal, click the "Send Money" tab. (Pay Pal is free to you - however, you must be or become a Pay Pal member to use the "send money" feature.) When ready to place your payment, enter our email address customerservice@snodcraft.com. Type in "goods", put in the amount, and pick the credit card you wish to use. It's that easy! Payment comes directly to SnodCraft, and your order & payment will be confirmed through your email address. For additional payment options check with Pay Pal for details on "E-Checks". You may also phone us directly at 1-509-474-1039 and use your credit card to place an order.
14. What is the best way to use the Search feature on SnodCraft?When looking for a certain design, or a particular design artist, we recommend using single word entry. Enter the artist's first or last name only. For signs or plaques, enter "signs" or one of the words that might be on the sign. Most of all, have fun browsing the site!
15. What is the delivery time on the unpainted wood kits?If you want the wood cut exactly as the pattern reads, then the cutting process can probably be completed within three days. However, if you require changes in the measurements or wood thickness, it can take slightly longer. If you have questions or would like to place an order for a wood kit not seen on the site,contact us.
16. Problems with Pay Pal?If you encounter Pay Pal problems while trying to place an order, and still want to use your credit card for payment, we suggest the "send money" feature of Pay Pal. Follow the directions provided in our question #13 for the best way to use the "send money" option. Pay Pal also offers "e-checks". Visit Pay Pal web pages for details. We ALWAYS respond to your email questions! If you have not received an email response from SnodCraft, please check with your email or server provider as you may be experiencing internet problems or blockages. If you still have not heard from us, send us an email with you phone number and we will call you.
17. What does the word adapted mean when added after the artist's name?Adding the word "adapted" means we have changed the original pattern slightly. We may have combined several of their designs into one item, or enlarged or made smaller their original design. It could also mean we used their design on a different surface other than originally stated in their pattern. We call it "SnodCrafting" a new product. You get the best of both - the artist's design and SnodCraft detailed wood art!
18. How much will Shipping & Handling cost?Costs in US dollars for US shipping:
$0.01 - $9.99 = $8.50; $10.00 - $49.99 = $11.50; $50.00 - $99.99 = $15.50; $100.00 - $199.99 = $17.50; $200.00 - and up = $19.50. If for any reason your order is canceled before shipment, shipping charges are non-refundable!
19. Why didn't I hear back from SnodCraft?We ALWAYS response to each and every email we receive! If you feel your emails have gone unanswered, please check the security settings on your computer as they may be blocking our return message. If you desire a personal response, email us with your address & phone number and we will write or call you directly. You can also call us direct at 1-509-474-1039.
20. Why do I have to join Pay Pal before buying something from SnodCraft?When you sign up for Pay Pal you are NOT signing up for a credit card! What you are doing is giving your name, address and other information so that Pay Pal can verify - for SnodCraft, that you are who you say you are, and that your street information is a deliverable address. Pay Pal never spams nor sells your email address to anyone! Signing up for Pay Pal allows SnodCraft to offer a SECURE method of paying with a credit card. Signing up for Pay Pal also enables the "send money" and the E-Check feature for your use. Contact us at 1-509-474-1039 if you would prefer to place an order directly to SnodCraft using your credit card.
21. How do we figure the measurements & pricing for each item?The measurements are approximate. We stay within the 1/4, 1/2, 3/4 inch margin and round up or down depending upon the closest amount. The pricing is determined by the detail of each individual piece and is subject to change without notice.
